dont copy my shit it will not look good. above is what i consider the bare minimum for a page. the background property is very neat, and despite being seemingly insignificant, can tie a page together.

slap in a url or "/pictureyouuploadedtoyourneocitiespage.png" and ur all set. the background-position property is optional. i like mine centered but you can have yours repeat or stretch to fill, etc. same goes for the size proprety.

font size just change the number. trial and error is how i created this heap of trash. most sites have the text aligned to the center of a div or body. idk the font families ur gonna have to google that one, bub. i think this will take you far. just edit my properties . yeah. fun.
